Aspen Lodge – Classic Estes Park Destination Focusing on Conscious Business Retreats and Meetings
When Taoist Tai Chi master and entrepreneur Yun Xiang Tseng (known as Chen) took over ownership of the long established Aspen Lodge Resort and Spa in Estes Park, he began refining its facilities and services to reflect a “triple bottom line” approach to business (people, planet and profit), and added a holistic health spa, a new organic restaurant and greened all its operations. The result is an environment perfectly suited to conscious businesses and professionals that combines a remarkable natural setting with thoughtful management and services. It is truly an inspiring location for meetings, whether just one day for 10 people or a weeklong retreat for 150.
Aspen Lodge has 36 lodge rooms, 12 suites and 1 cabin, accommodating 185 overnight guests. It’s new Simplicity restaurant features locally sourced organic food, with catering services to accommodate any size group. High-speed Internet can be accessed in all meeting areas at no additional charge. Cable TVs in the lodge and Sports Bar in restaurant. Full complement of AV services for presentations and media capture.
• Longs Peak – ideal for a group of 50 or more, vaulted ceilings and a private balcony overlooking Longs Peak, built in screen for presentations. 2,491 square feet.
• Lady Washington and Meeker Room – perfect for a breakout, or smaller group of 15 to 40 persons with a private balcony, views of Longs Peak. 713 square feet.
• Great Room – located in the restaurant, suitable for either a luncheon or dinner conference of up to 125 people. 1,650 square feet.
• Two small break out rooms for groups up to 10
Aspen Lodge offers many activities for onsite team building as well: the Western experience with horse rides and chuck wagon dinners, group hikes, tennis, boating, fishing, swimming, fly fishing (lessons too), guided hikes and more.
Spa services include foot massage with cheese and crackers on our deck overlooking Longs Peak, a variety of massage types and body wrap.
Chen and his management team and staff are passionate about Aspen Lodge as a meeting center that offers the chance for business people and professionals to “Return to Simplicity – Live Your True Nature” as the byline promises.
