The DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Junction Undergoing $1.4 Million Renovation
The DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Junction’s $1.4 million renovation includes a complete makeover of Bistro and Lounge 743 with new floor covering, vinyl and furniture. Additionally, all meeting space will have a whole new facelift that will include the addition of state-of-the-art AV equipment. The lobby will feature check-in pods, tile and a new fireplace. Hotel Jerome in Aspen to Undergo Remodel
All 94 rooms at the Hotel Jerome will be refurbished with new carpet, wallpaper and amenities, along with overhauls of the lobby, dining room and ballroom. New offices and a new spa with three treatment rooms will be added as well. Click here for more information on the Hotel Jerome.
The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs Welcomes New Executive Chef, Derin Moore
Master Chef Derin Moore has been named The Broadmoor’s new executive chef. The announcement follows the retirement of Siegfried Eisenberger, who for twenty years served as only the fourth executive chef in the history of The Broadmoor. Kate Brown of the Sky Hotel in Aspen Awarded Mentor of the Year From the University of Denver
Kate Brown, Senior Sales Manager at the Sky Hotel, has recently won the Mentor of the Year Award from the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
