Estes Park is one of two gateways to Rocky Mountain National Park, which is the fourth most-visited national park in the U.S. With this splendor as a backdrop for meetings and events and a location only 70 miles from Denver, Estes Park is an ideal destination for groups that blends nature, history and convenience.

With year-round entertainment and recreation available, there is always something to do from ice skating and snowshoeing in winter to golf and hayrides in summer and fall. There also are several high-altitude lakes to explore by foot or pontoon boat and outstanding trout fishing in the pristine rivers. And to wrap up a busy day, kick back and network at a craft brewery, winery or distillery, which are part of the Estes Park event venues selection. The shoppers in your group will appreciate time to stroll Elkhorn Avenue and visit the 300 unique shops around town.

In terms of Estes Park meeting facilities, there are plentiful options such as the 45,000-square-foot Estes Park Event Complex that can host up to 3,000 people and has a unique meeting room in a grain silo. There are about 4,000 lodging rooms available in the community, with 147 of those being at Ridgeline Hotel & Conference Center that is attached to the Estes Park Conference Center and has 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.

For a venue that has loads of options for lodging, Estes Park meeting facilities, and activities all in one place, head for YMCA of the Rockies – Estes Park Center. There are various sizes of cabins to rent along with nine lodge buildings with a total of more than 500 hotel-style rooms. The largest gathering space can hold up to 2,200 people. It’s casual and family friendly.
