Loveland

Located 46 miles north of Denver, Loveland was founded along the Colorado Central Railroad in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains.  With urban amenities and small town charm, the “Sweetheart City” has outdoor recreation, a vibrant arts community, and  convenience.  Loveland is strategically located within the triangle between three major Universities - University of Colorado, Colorado State University, and the University of Northern Colorado. The lakes and rivers of Loveland provide ample fishing, boating, rafting, water skiing, and other water sports.  And you can bike, hike, or walk the miles of trails the city has to offer or get your exercise shopping - in Historic Downtown Loveland visit galleries, book stores, gift shops, antique stores, and more, or head to the Outlets at Loveland - with major label retailers at discount prices, there is also the Marketplace at Centerra and the Promenade Shops.

Voted a “Best Place to Live” by U. S. News and World Report, the “Gateway to the Rockies” is a great place to stay before heading to Rocky Mountain National Park.  From chain hotels to boutique bed and breakfasts, Loveland has a variety of lodging options, many with on site conference facilities.  The Fountains of Loveland is the premier conference and special event venue in the area - and can accommodate up to 375 attendees with a ballroom, meeting rooms, and lodging.

Small town festivals and big city art meet in Loveland.  An annual tradition, the Old Fashioned Corn Roast Festival is held every summer, art gallery exhibits go on throughout the year, and the big holiday of the year - Valentine’s Day - is celebrated by all, with a Miss Valentine winner and the whole community coming together to send out tens of thousands of Valentines.  For a sweetheart of a time at the gateway to the Rockies, make it Loveland.
