As a member of Destination Colorado, you receive the following benefits:

Access to valuable leads generated from all national shows attended by Destination Colorado and the internal shows produced by Destination Colorado. More than 1,000 qualified leads were generated in 2011 alone!

The opportunity to participate with Destination Colorado in a coordinated, unified and dynamic Colorado presentation at any of the national trade shows it attends, at reduced costs. All leads from each show are shared with the entire membership, whether you attend the show or not!

Inclusion on Destination Colorado's website which includes a direct link to each member’s website, driving qualified business to each individual member. The website is #1 on Google when searching “Meetings in Colorado” and “Colorado Meeting Facilities” and is promoted in Successful Meetings, Colorado Meetings + Events, Northern CA Meetings + Events and MPI’s The Meeting Professional.

Qualified RFPs! RFPs from meeting planners are sent out from Destination Colorado’s website to appropriate members on a regular basis. RFPs are also sent out to Destination Colorado members via its Cvent page. 35 qualified RFPs were sent out of Destination Colorado’s website in 2011!

Inclusion in Destination Colorado’s Meeting Planner Guide, which is distributed to meeting planners at all of the shows attended and produced by Destination Colorado. Destination Colorado’s Meeting Planner Guide is also mailed to all leads resulting from each respective show Destination Colorado attends or produces.

Valuable networking opportunities with other members of Destination Colorado to assist with marketing strategies and planning. Lead sharing is also prominent among Destination Colorado members. Bi-monthly membership meetings, which are planned in February, April and June and the Colorado Meetings + Events’ sponsored Town Hall in October, are for both educational and networking opportunities.

Opportunity to participate in shows Destination Colorado produces, including the immensely popular Front Range Trade Show. Destination Colorado also produces road shows in targeted cities. Past targeted cities have included Atlanta, Dallas, Houston and Minneapolis.

Inclusion in monthly newsletters to our Destination Colorado meeting planner database, as well as the opportunity to be included on our blog and on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages. Our monthly newsletters are sent to approximately 3,500 meeting planners.
