Alderwood Colorado Management is a resort management company that represents properties in the Winter Park/Fraser Valley area of Grand County, Colorado. With multiple properties to chose from, we have something for every taste and budget.

The Iron Horse Resort is our premium property, located adjacent to Winter Park Resort and has ski/in-ski/out access. With over 4,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space this property is the ideal location for a corporate meeting or group getaway and is also the perfect location for the perfect mountain wedding. Whether pursuing relaxation or recreation, everyone in the group will enjoy the casual elegance and easygoing charm of the Iron Horse Resort. Choose from an array of condominium-style lodging options - from sport studios, one or two bedroom condos, or our premium suites.  On-site amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, business center services, on-site restaurant and on-site ski shop.

The Inn at SilverCreek is located in Granby, Colorado - just 15 minutes from Winter Park Resort and less than one mile from Sol  Vista Basin Ski Resort. The Inn is a family-friendly condo-style hotel with traditional king rooms, studios and lofts. The Inn also boasts the largest conference space in Grand County with a 12,000 sq. ft. Conference Center, which includes our 5,000 sq. ft. ballroom. So whether you are planning a conference for 25 people, church retreat for 50, or wedding for 300, the Inn at SilverCreek is the perfect place. Onsite amenities include on-site restaurant and bar, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, arcade, hair salon, liquor store, ski shop.

Function Space

Iron Horse Resort has 4,000 sq. ft. of conference space with the largest room at 1,200 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 130 people. Two additional function rooms at 800 sq. ft. can accommodate up to 50 in each room. The Iron Horse resort also has non-traditional function space for weddings or outdoor gatherings at both its Gazebo or Pool Deck.

The Inn at SilverCreek has a 12,000 sq. ft. Conference Center with a Grand Ballroom at 5,000 sq. ft. and several smaller breakout rooms that can accommodate up to 90 people in each.

Accomodations

The Iron Horse Resort is condominium property and each unit is individually owned. Lodging options include the following: spaceous sport studio at 445 sq. ft. with a full kitchen, queen murphy bed and sleeper sofa - this unit will sleep up to 4 people. One bedroom condo is 625 sq.ft. and has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchen, queen murphy bed and sleeper sofa in living area. This unit will sleep up to 6 people. Two bedroom units are 850 sq. ft. and have two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen, queen murphy bed and sleeper sofa. This unit will sleep up to 8 people. Premium units are a luxurious 1,500 sq. ft. with a full kitchen, wet bar, dining area, large liviing room and two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Some units have queen murphy bed and/or sleeper sofa. Most units will sleep 6 people.

The Inn at SilverCreek offers traditional king hotel rooms, studios and lofts. The studio unit has a full kitchen, queen murphy bed and sleeper sofa and will sleep up to 4 people. The lofted units have king or queen bed in the lofted area as well as a full kitchen, queen murphy bed and sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit will sleep 6 people. Some king rooms connect to studios or lofts creating studio-suites and master-suites.

Food & Beverage

The Iron Horse Resort is serviced by an independently run on-site restaurant - The Bistro at Iron Horse. The Bistro also serves as the exclusive caterer for any events.

The Inn at SilverCreek is serviced by an independently run on-site restaurant - Harry Lemons. Harry Lemons will also serve as on-site caterer but outside catering is also an option at the Inn. Any bar serviced must be contracted through Harry Lemons.
