Beginning with skeet shooting, then lunch on the trail, followed by a three-hour ride atop a horse driving cattle, the entire day made us all feel like city slickers. Certainly there was networking, but in this fun setting we were able to loosen up as we yelled ‘yeehaw’, moving the cattle along the trail. Our attendees commented that this day would stand out as an event to remember. Afterwards, we enjoyed a traditional BBQ with checkered tablecloths and a local band. We had the opportunity for business in a casual setting with no pressure, a few beers, and lots of laughter. The final results? We closed a deal three weeks after this event, and we were told that experiencing this relaxed schmoozing was the ticket!

Located a short drive from Vail and Beaver Creek, the 4 Eagle Ranch offers meetings a unique taste of Colorado’s Old West. In the original setting of an 1880’s homestead, in addition to traditional ranch activities, the 4 Eagle Ranch also boasts an on-site chef and fully equipped kitchen. From timing and transportation to meals and beverages, from bands and dance instructors to roping machines and storytellers, the 4 Eagle Ranch and the surrounding Rocky Mountains are truly a unique experience for meetings.

TIA’s Summer Board of Directors meeting couldn’t have ended their time in Colorado in a better place than your beautiful ranch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 4 Eagle Ranch to anyone traveling to the Vail area. In fact, I would say it’s a ‘can’t miss’ place to visit either for a group or for a family cattle ride.

I told you the night of our party that you must love your job, because your job was making people happy. Well you certainly did for our group! …been to a good number of personal and professional events over the years and your setting and service is among the best. People are still telling us what a wonderful time they had. …best part was how easy you made the planning. We …left all the details to you, we could not have been happier with the finished product.
