Estes Park Events Complex

The Town of Estes Park is proud to announce the addition of two large event facilites.  Estes Park is easily accessible year-round with ample event space and a wide variety of lodging, dining and shopping establishments.  Cradled by the Rocky Mountain National Park, our mountain village is an ideal location for your next event!

Estes Park Event Center:

The Estes Park Event Center offers 29,000 square feet of flexible event space year-round and is a full service events center.  As you enter the Grand Lobby, your guests will marvel at the impeccable Colorado Mountain decor. This impressive lobby welcomes your guests into a two story entry lobby complete with two ticket/registration booths, concession stand accessibility and business offices. 

 

Just beyond the Grand Lobby are large picture windows, allowing an impressive view below of the Multi-Purpose Event Hall.  The 28,000 square feet of unobstructed event space can be used for any type of event with numerous set-up options.  With beautiful finishes and Colorado mountain accents, the event area offers versatility.  It can be used for a trade show, exhibit, business meeting, car show, concert, or a sporting event (tennis, basketball, badminton, volleyball, soccer, etc.)

 

With a variety of tables, stages and bleachers available for rent, the Multi-Purpose Event Hall can be designed especially for your event. The possibilities are endless! Our sales professionals will help to create a vision specialized for you. 

 

The second floor offers 1,000 square feet of meeting space.  As you enter the VIP View Meeting Room, you will overlook the Grand Lobby and enjoy mountain views.  This space can be used for private catered banquets, a meet and greet, hors d'oeuvres reception, or a breakout area.  Accommodating up to 46 people, this 25' x 30' room offers large picture windows so your guests will enjoy a VIP view of the Multipurpose Event Hall below.

 

The Executive Board room is 15' x 24', accommodating up to 37 people boardroom style.  This space is designed for privacy for executive gatherings.  The decor is upscale and rich, complete with a wet bar and a removable boardroom table.  The Executive Board Room will be perfect to gather your VIP's before or after the show or meeting, or as a break out room.  Our catering professionals will to cater to your event, and a bartender for a cocktail reception can easily be arranged.

 

Should you choose to meet in the Executive Board Room, the VIP View Room would be a great place to have the meals and breaks. 

 

Multipurpose Event Center offers main level handicap accessibility.

 

 

The Pavilion

Located just feet from the Estes Park Event Center is the Pavilion, which boasts an additional 19,000 square feet of multi-purpose event space to compliment the Event Center.  With three separate oversized garage doors, the Pavilion offers easy access for semi-trailers or large equipment.  This space is ideal for a showroom, meeting or additional break-out space. 

 

The Pavilion offers a fantastic outdoor patio.  The patio is covered and faces east with views of the performance arenas with lush mountains as a backdrop.  The Pavilion Patio is a wonderful location for a catered outdoor barbeque or cocktail reception, or to simply stop and soak in the majestic scenery.
