Our newly designed hotel is a very upscale Sheraton. We offer deluxe hotel rooms, condominiums, suites, luxury Villas all under one roof. Our hotel has windows at every turn, places to sit and enjoy a beverage or connect to internet. Amenities include our Saddles patio and bar, Play room with shuffle board, pool, poker and TV’s. Over 4 restaurants, fireplaces, art gallery, book store, retail store and upscale spa. Function Space

The beauty of our mountain setting is invited into our indoor and outdoor function space. Our 17 flexible function spaces include a spacious 6300 square foot ballroom with windows (that can be blacked out for audio visual needs) that can accommoduate up to 500 poeple. Our space can accommoate automobiles, horse whisper, just to name a few of the great options.

State of the art Boardroom that seats up to 24, connect to the projection from your seat. Our adjoining ante-room is great for taking a quick call, enjoying a beverage break or having lunch. Both rooms have one wall of ceiling to floor windows and very oversized comfortable chairs.

Spacious windowed foyer ideal for breaks with inviting seating and local art work. Ideal for exhibitors, they will enjoy their location.

Summer season offers an upscale Tented Pool Deck, 3,600 square feet of out door space. Lighted ceiling fans, windows that roll up for those perfect Steamboat days or nights, nice carpeted flooring, glass doors heating for those cool fall evenings.

Enjoy one of our patios, Saddles Deck over sees the mountain with flowing steps into our new Promenade. Our Sevens Mountain Grill Deck, and one of our 3 patios at our own Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club.

Our Sheraton offers unique space for private functions - such as our Villas, a ceiling to floor windowed space overlooking the mountain; Sevens Mountain Bistro Grill for Lunch or Dinner in the summer months for private events; Dine, our newest private dining room. Our Red Art Gallery for passed appetizers or formal sit down dinner.

Accomodations

Select from deluxe hotel rooms, one and two bedroom suites, one and two bedroom condominums and two and three bedroom villas all under one roof. 

Deluxe Hotel Rooms: 185  famous Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds, private balconies, mini refrigerators, cubbies for your gear, Flat Screen TV, coffee and water and all the expected amenities.

Suites: 4 suites are attached to our deluxe hotel rooms offering a large parlor over 800 square feet with dining area, entertaining area, television, wet bar with refrigerator, microwave, sink, bar stools, bathroom and double balconies. 

Our Village Inn Condominiums are located on the sixth and seventh floor of our hotel.  We have approximately two studios, ten One Bedrooms and ten Two Bedrooms.    They are beautiful full service units, private balcony, complete kitchens, dining area, living area with spectacular views.

Sheraton Luxury Villas (Starwood Vacation Ownership ): These are some of the finest in Steamboat and Colorado.  The Sheraton Villas offer private key entrance off the main lobby.   There are only three rooms per floor for ultimate privacy. We offer two and three bedrooms.  The 21 units offer 1600 to 1800 square feet of comfortable space, views of mountain, private balcony, spacious bedrooms with private baths.  Amenities include: fresh upscale décor, roof top hot tubs, full kitchens with well appointed utensils, dining area, living area, private bathrooms, washer & dryer, fireplace, stereo, TV in all the rooms,  and more. Every detail reminds you that you’re at one of the world’s finest resorts.

Saddles Bar and Grill - located in our main lobby with an outdoor patio and fireplace and out side bar. A happening place for all to enjoy a beverage, lunch or dinner, entertainment, Flat screen tv's showing some of the adventure that surrounds us. Watch the activity on the mountain.

Sevens Mountain Grill - serving breakfast and dinner with unique fine dining of our region. Over looking Gondola square.
