The Summit Ballroom is 1,600 square feet (47’ x 34’).  Meetings and corporate retreats here have all of the amenities that you expect at a luxury resort. However, unlike other properties, we're as private and secure as your very own boardroom. Our flexible meeting spaces and rooms have one-of-a-kind views of the Sawatch and Gore Mountain Ranges.

Function room rental is complimentary based on a cumulative minimum food and beverage expenditure over the duration of your group’s stay.

With spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, Mirador will tempt you with regional fare and seasonal specialties created by Chef Ashton Fichtl.  An extensive wine list combines with an innovative menu and breathtaking mountain vistas to create a truly memorable occasion.

Authentic to the core, The Grouse on the Green gives patrons a genuine pub-style experience with an interior designed in Ireland then shipped to Cordillera for installation.  The “Grouse” not only has the ambiance of a quaint Irish pub, it also has traditional Irish fare as well as cross-continental cuisine with an international selection of draft beers.
