“I was very impressed by the hotel service first and foremost! I travel a lot in my position and typically use mostly 5 and 4 star properties and so I see the best of the best service at many Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton properties. This was my first stay at a St. Regis and I will say it was a “wow” moment to experience your staff. From the moment I walked in (was a late arrival) and was greeted with helpful information that I could catch the cocktail reception and given the location and the wonderful bellman that was the perfect amount of helpful and reserved, I never experienced less than exemplary service from any of your staff.”

My wife and I just returned home to CT followed a five night stay at the hotel to celebrate our 10th anniversary (sans enfant!). We wanted to send you a quick note to thank the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly experienced "service with a smile". It makes a real difference when every staff members says hello, asks about our stay, and offers assistance -- all with a genuine smile. The hotel was beautiful, and the amenities appreciated -- right down to the nightly refill of dark chocolates!
