Accomodations
Winter Park Resort has 3 properties at the base of the Resort.
The Vintage is a hotel syle property with hotel rooms through two bedrooms ranging in size from 384 sq feet to 1,380 sq feet. Most rooms have a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, sink and microwave. There are 3 meeting rooms on site with capability to host up to 100 people. Amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, seasonal restaurant, complimentary parking and free wi-fi.
The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a condominium style property located slopeside at the base. It is a ski-in/ski-out property with one bedroom through three bedroom lodging options from 550 sq feet to 1,200 sq feet. All rooms have a full kitchen, living and dining area and balcony. Amenities include ski lockers, hot tubs, fitness room, ski -in ski-out access, covered parking (fee) and free wi-fi.
Fraser Crossing and Founder's Pointe are condominium style properties located at the base. There are studios throug three bedroom lodging options from 450 sq ft to 1,470 sq feet. All studios have a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator,sink and microwave. Larger rooms have a full kitchen, living and dining area and balcony. Amenities include; hot tubs, common area out door deck wiht BBQ grill, covered parking (fee)and free wi-fi.

There are several restaurants located through out Winter Park Resort and Village. Restaurants are open seasonally in the summer and winter, please call for availability.
