We own the most meeting space in the city of Boulder, with over 70 airconditioned spaces, including academic classrooms, residence hall meeting space, and unique on-campus meeting space including: auditoriums, breakout spaces, ballrooms/multi-purpose rooms and top-notch recreational facilities.
All conference guests will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire campus. We also provide audio visual services that can include video conferencing and technology-driven, SMART rooms. Our conference staff will make all needed audio-visual equipment arrangements.

We offer a variety of catering venues and menus to make your event an experience. Informal settings (including scenic lawn, mountain park areas, or pond locations) can be reserved for picnics and barbeques. More formal dining venues can be reserved for receptions and banquets.
