Welcome to The Charter at Beaver Creek Resort – a charming property situated in a gated Alpine village at the base of Beaver Creek mountain. Exciting news for The Charter in 2023 – we will be undergoing $17M in renovations, including a brand new lobby and restaurant with expanded seating areas, new doors, carpet, trim, lighting and signage, wayfinding system, fully renovated outdoor pool area and brand new fiber optic backbone wifi system.
